The Hotel need a confirmation before October 30th 2009 to make sure that I reserved the entire hotel for you. Our cancellation policy states that a deposit of 50% has to be made on this final date (Oct. 30th). To cancel, you must do it before December 8th 2009 or else, we will keep the deposit.
